BSEB Bihar Board 10th Result 2025: When, Where And How To Check And Download Class 10 Scorecard

Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is expected to announce the results of the Class 10th final exam soon. A total of 16 lakh students appeared in the Bihar Board Class 10  exams this year. While the date confirmation is still awaited, BSEB is expected to announce the matric results either on Mar. 28 or 29. Some reports suggest that the result declaration may be pushed to the first week of April. 

Students will be able to check their Bihar board 10th exam results on BSEB’s official website. To manage the heavy demand of students, the board will upload the results on three sites for students.

Earlier, the board announced the results for Class 12 examinations on Mar. 25. The Inter exams were conducted from Feb. 1 to Feb. 15. Meanwhile, the 10th exams were conducted from Feb. 17 to 25, 2025.

Earlier, BSEB Chairman Anand Kishor had said that the results might come out at the end of March or at most by the first week of April. With the 12th results out now, the anticipation is that the 10th results will also be released before March ends. Notably, last year the board announced the 10th result on the last day of March.

• Step 1: Head to the Bihar Board's official, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.

• Step 2: On the screen, click on the active link for the Class 10th result.

• Step 3: Students will be asked to submit their credentials such as roll number and roll code.

• Step 4: After successful submission, the result will appear on the screen.

• Step 5: Download and save a copy for future reference.

Bihar Board’s Class 10 exams were conducted by the board at more than 1,670 centres across the states. Of the 15 lakh candidates who appeared in the examinations this year, about 8.1 lakh were girl students, while 7.6 lakh were boys. During the exams, as many as 39 students faced expulsion for allegedly cheating and using unfair means.

A minimum of 33% score is required to pass the crucial exams, which determine the students’ entry into Inter classes. Those who fail will need to take compartment exams, which will also be announced by the board in due time.

The board will also issue a scrutiny form later, through which students can apply to get their answers re-checked. The form will be available online on the board’s official website. The submission window for this form typically remains open for a week, during which students can apply for a re-check. They may be asked to pay a certain fee for every subject that they want to get re-checked by the board.
