Adani Logistics Ltd., a subsidiary of Adani Ports, has entered into a Joint Venture Termination Agreement on June 20, 2025 with Riddhi Infocom Solutions, according to an exchange filing on Friday. This is for the divestment of 49% stake in Veracity Supply Chain Ltd, a joint venture between Adani Logistics and Riddhi. Adani Logistics will continue to hold 1% stake in Veracity.
Adani Logistics has completed the divestment of its shareholding in Veracity with the agreement on June 20, 2025.
The buyer in this transaction is Riddhi Infocom Solutions LLP, which is noted as a joint venture partner in Veracity. This buyer does not belong to the promoter, promoter group, or any other group companies of Adani Logistics.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd., through its wholly owned arm, Adani Logistics Ltd., had subscribed to a 50% stake in Veracity Supply Chain Pvt. on October 31, 2023.
Veracity provided last-mile connectivity to customers from inland container depots, powered by a digital transport management system, according to the earlier filing from the company.
