Maharashtra is set to become the capital of aviation. Tata Advanced Systems Ltd. is facilitating manufacturing for Airbus and Boeing, Gadkari mentioned. There are new initiatives being taken in aviation manufacturing facility. Rafaels and Falcons are being manufactured here. In MRO, Boeing is starting to convert existing passenger plane, he said.
Development will be seen in agriculture, rural, as well as in industrials, and manufacturing. Tourism will fetch investments for service sectors. Integrated development has been targeted. Discrimination will not be allowed, Gadkari said. The government is expecting jobs increasing in both villages and cities.
The government has partnered with universities like Indian Institute of Technology and other engineering colleges in Vidarbha. There are good colleges for pharmacy and business management studies. Hence engineering and business management students are coming to the region, and are expected to contribute significantly to its growth, the minister said.

Mother Dairy will hike Vidarbha's input of 5 lakh litres of milk to 50 lakh litres in five years, Gadkari said. It will help the milk producers and farmers. In Mother Dairy factories, everything from ghee to cheese are being produced. These products will go for exports, Gadkari said.
In orange farming, a lot of work has been done. Now, the intent is to enhance exports, he said.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Government of India has given to infrastructure water, power, transport, and communication. Gadkari expressed satisfaction that road infrastructure across India witnessed a great deal of development. India has thermal, solar, and wind power and Vidharba is hub for thermal power because of the ample coal supply, Gadkari said.
Going ahead, India will prioritise nuclear power. Road infrastructure growth has happened. India has good supply of water, and there are big dams. Hence, in the near future, the country will see better outcomes in terms of attracting big industries, the minister said.
