HCL Tech Chairperson Roshni Nadar Malhotra Wins NDTV's Business Leader Of The Year Award

Roshni Nadar Malhotra, the chairperson at HCL Technologies Ltd., was honoured with the business leader of the year award at NDTV’s Indian Of The Year 2024 award ceremony.

As Roshni Nadar was unable to receive the award, her mother, Kiran Nadar, received the award on her behalf.

While highlighting the company’s involvement in various social activities, Kiran Nadar said that HCL Tech is built on various social commitments, including education. “Roshini is involved in the Vidya Gyaan Programme, which is for school education. Her husband, Shikhar Malhotra, is involved in university programmes,” she added.

Kiran Nadar emphasised that the inspiration to enter the social sphere was stemmed by Shiv Nadar. “At one point, his mother asked him what he planned to do, and she told him that he must give back to society.”
