The Kerala Story 2 vs Thaai Kizhavi Box Office Collection Day 12

The Kerala Story 2 collected a total gross of Rs 40.78 crore; Thaai Kizhavi has earned a total gross of Rs. 43.36 crore.

The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond and Thaai Kizhavi have now entered their 12th day at the Box Office. With both movies performing comparatively better over the weekend and gradually slowing down since Monday, the 12th day collection has crossed Rs 0.55 crore for both.

Kamakhya Narayan Singh's The Kerala Story 2 has currently collected Rs 0.56 crore net, as reported by Sacnilk. With 2,667 shows going on, an average occupancy of 7% hs been reported. After gathering up good numbers over the recent weekend with Rs 3.75 crore on Saturday and Rs 3.30 crore on Sunday, the numbers saw a dip on the first day of the week. Monday, being the 11th day of the collection, was able to collect a total net of Rs 1.95 crore.

As of Day 12, Mumbai is hosting the largest number of shows, standing at 572 shows, followed by the National Capital Region (NCR) with 493 shows. With a total of 38,298 shows, The Kerala Story 2 collected a total gross of Rs 40.78 crore; meanwhile, the total net stands at Rs 35.41 crore.

Thaai Kizhavi

Radhika Sarathkumar-led Thaai Kizhavi has collected Rs. 0.55 crore net, as per Sacnilk numbers. With the total number of shows dropping to 1,165, a 13.0% average occupancy has been reported. After quite a successful weekend collection of Rs. 4.60 crore net on Saturday and Rs. 5.00 crore net on Sunday, Thaai Kizhavi slowed down on Monday as it collected Rs. 2.45 crore.

The 12th day has the maximum number of shows running in Chennai with 434 shows, followed by Bangalore with 219 shows. With a total of 14,635 shows, Thaai Kizhavi has now reportedly earned a total gross of Rs. 43.36 crore. The total net collection reported as of now stands firm at Rs. 38.40 crore.

Dhurandhar 2 releases on 19th March, 2026, which gives both the movies about a 9-day window to cross the Rs. 50 crore mark. This comes in with the hot news of Dhurandhar 2 set to break records, as more than 2.5 lakhs tickets have already been sold. The Kerala Story 2 and Thaai Kizhavi will have to gear up over the next week, before Dhurandhar 2 reportedly will steal the spotlight.
