With Rs 5,475.00 crore from overseas markets, its approximate worldwide gross stands at Rs 5,667 crore ($1.10 billion), making it Nolan's highest-grossing film to date.
2. The Dark Knight Rises (2012)
Released in 2012, The Dark Knight Rises is Nolan's superhero action thriller and the final instalment of his Batman trilogy. According to Box Office Mojo, the film earned $448.15 million domestically and $637.27 million internationally, taking its worldwide collection to approximately $1.085 billion (around Rs 5,589 crore).

Released in 2023, Oppenheimer is Nolan's biographical historical drama based on the life of physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer. According to Box Office Mojo, the film collected $330.08 million in North America and $645.73 million overseas, taking its worldwide total to approximately $975.81 million (around Rs 5,027 crore).
5. Inception (2010)
Released in 2010, Inception is Christopher Nolan's science-fiction action thriller starring Leonardo DiCaprio. As reported by Box Office Mojo, the film earned $292.59 million domestically and $547.21 million internationally, for a worldwide collection of approximately $839.80 million (around Rs 4,324 crore).
