iPhone SE 4 Notch Or Not
The upcoming iPhone SE 4 may have a notch similar to the iPhone 14 model according to a post on 'X' (formerly known as Twitter) by Ross Young, the co-founder of Display Supply Chain Consultants.
The firm provides insights, data and supply chain analyses on the display industry through consulting, syndicated reports and events.
In his reaction over reports of tipsters arguing over whether the iPhone SE 4 will have a notch or the Dynamic Island, Young posted, "Notch like iPhone 14 is correct."
Notably, according to leaked renders shared on X by tipster Evan Blass, the iPhone SE 4 may feature a Dynamic Island, which is an oval-shaped interactive area at the top of the screen designed to display alerts, notifications, and interactive elements.
iPhone SE 4 Features (Expected)
A recently surfaced hands-on video on social media hints that the upcoming iPhone SE 4 might come with a single rear camera and a glass back panel.
The video, shared on X by well-known tipster Majin Bu, suggests that the phone's design closely resembles the iPhone 14.
Reports indicate that the iPhone SE 4 could be launched by the end of March or beginning of April.
iPhone SE 4 is also rumored to become the first in the SE lineup to feature the Face ID feature. And it is expected to run on either an A17 Pro or an A18 Bionic chip, according to speculation.
Reports also suggest that the new model could be the first to include Apple’s in-house 5G modem. Additionally, it may come with a larger battery and support USB Type-C charging, aligning with other recent Apple devices.
The iPhone SE 4 could be the first in the SE lineup to feature Apple Intelligence, bringing enhanced writing tools, an upgraded Siri (potentially integrated with ChatGPT) and AI-powered image generation. The device is also expected to come with at least 8GB of RAM.
