Motorola last week introduced the new Razr range of foldable phones: the Razr 60 Ultra and the Razr 60. The Razr 60 Ultra features a 7-inch AMOLED primary display, a 4-inch pOLED outer screen, a 50MP main, 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP front camera, and the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
With smartphone makers racing to include artificial intelligence into devices, Motorola too has packed powerful Moto AI functions in the Razr 60, available out-of-the-box. Motorola is also collaborating with AI companies like Google, Perplexity, Meta, and Microsoft to sync their products into Moto AI.
Here’s a look at the top AI features in the Moto Razr 60 series.
Next Move: The new AI feature provides recommendations for what to do next after identifying what is on the screen, such as a new recipe or travel schedule.
Playlist Studio: This recent addition curates highly customised playlists for you, based on on-screen material or a user prompt within the Moto AI app. For example, you can request that Moto AI compile a playlist for a “Pizza night Y2K jams.”
Image Studio: The text-to-image generator allows you to create an image, avatar, wallpaper, or sticker inspired by various things, including a trip, etc. Through Moto AI, these visuals can also be shared on social media and messaging apps.
Look & Talk: You can go hands-free and activate Look & Talk with a single glance. Moto AI can then be used to answer brief queries, summarise notifications, or record conversations. The feature is available only in Razr 60 Ultra (Razr Ultra)
Catch Me Up: The feature provides a quick, personalised summary of your missed notifications, keeping you updated without overwhelming you. It is designed to provide a concise overview of your missed messages, calls, and other notifications.
Pay Attention: The Pay Attention feature is particularly useful if you want to give your full focus to a meeting. It will listen, transcribe, and summarise audio in the background, and supports over 50 languages.
Remember This: The feature helps remember or recall information. For instance, Moto AI can save screenshots, photos, notes, and even recipes one receives in an email, only to be easily recalled later.
Smart Connect With AI: This capability allows you to connect devices with a simple natural language voice or text command. For example, a prompt "show me Photos on my TV" will allow you to mirror your phone to a PC or tablet, access files across devices, stream apps, or multitask with a hub view.
