Motorola Edge 2025’s Camera Upgrade, Design Tweaks Leaked In Fresh Renders

Motorola is setting up the launch of its Edge 2025 in the US, and new leaks offer further details about the smartphone. Leaker Evan Blass (@evleaks) has now released additional renders that show what is to come with the Edge 2025.

The Motorola Edge 2025’s front design language is nearly identical to that of the 2024 model. It features a centred punch-hole camera on a curved display with slim bezels. The Quick Button is on the left, which is back from the previous generation, and the power and volume controls are on the right of the frame. The Quick Button can be configured to launch apps and features, such as webcam mode or email.

In addition, the phone has a faux leather back and has a Pantone dark green colour, although information on other potential colours isn’t available as of now.

Even as the Edge 2025 has a similar design language to the previous Edge 2024, it has an improved rear camera configuration. The rear camera unit of the Edge 2025 includes three camera sensors and an LED flash unit, which is housed inside a smooth, square module that is slightly elevated and larger. Notably, the Edge 2024 had two cameras as part of its rear set.

While there is no official word on the Edge 2025 specs, it is expected to feature an OLED screen with a fast refresh rate, an under-display fingerprint sensor, a 5,000mAh battery with 68W wired charging and 15W wireless charging, Android 15, and IP68 dust and water protection.

For reference, the Edge 2024 featured a 6.6-inch full HD+ curved pOLED screen with 144Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, and a dual back camera unit comprising a 50MP Sony LYT-700C primary camera and 13MP ultra-wide lens, along with a 32MP front camera.
