A Macworld report indicates that the next iPhone SE 4 model will copy the iPhone 14's design while keeping the choice of a single rear camera from the SE line. The leaked transparent case design shows a space for one camera lens and a built-in flash component.

The front of the device will reportedly feature Face ID which would make this iPhone have more front-facing cameras compared to those on the rear. The case design includes a mute switch cutout but it remains uncertain whether this feature will serve as an action button like the iPhone 16 series models.

As per Apple Newsroom, the iPhone SE 4 will likely be announced via a press release on February 19, rather than at a live event. In case of a last minute event, then the time will likely be 10AM PST and 11:30PM Indian Time.
