India's third largest mobile telecommunications company Vodafone Idea Ltd. is slated to announce its Q3 earnings next week. The company in its present form came into existence after the merger of Vodafone India and Aditya Birla Group's Idea Cellular in 2018. The Company provides voice and data services across 2G, 3G and 4G platforms across India. The company has a total market capitalisation valued at over Rs 67,000 crore.

Vodafone Idea Q3 Results: Date And Time
Vodafone Idea Ltd. in an exchange filing on Feb. 3 announced that it will release its financial statements for the quarter and nine months ended December 2024 following a board meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 11.
"We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Vodafone Idea Limited ("the Company") is scheduled on Tuesday, 11 February 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024," the company said.
As per SEBI regulations, trading in the securities of the company shall remain suspended for designated persons and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the Q3 earnings announcement. The trading window was shut on Jan. 1.
Vodafone Idea Q3 Results: Earnings Call
Vodafone Idea has scheduled an earnings call to discuss its financial performance in Q3 with investors and analysts between 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb 12.

Shares of Vodafone Idea have shown some consolidation over the past month, gaining nearly 20% on the NSE. The stock has moved up by 2.71% over the past five trading sessions. In contrast, the stock has nosedived nearly 41% in the past six months and 38.84% in a year.
Vodafone Idea Q2 Earnings Highlights
The telecom giant widened its net loss to Rs 7,175.9 crore in the second quarter of FY25 from Rs 6,432.1 crore loss in the quarter-ago period. Revenues slipped 4% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 10,932.3 crore versus Rs 10,508.3 crore in the Q2 of FY24.
Ebitda was up 8% QoQ to Rs 4,549.9 crore in Q2 up from Rs 4,204.7 crore. Margins expanded to 41.6% against 40% in the quarter-ago period.
Vodafone Idea's average revenue per user rose sequentially to Rs 166 from Rs 154.
