In a stock exchange filing on April 14, Tata Technologies Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 25 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also recommend a dividend, if any, for FY25 for the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
Tata Technologies Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons from March 25 until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.

In a separate stock exchange filing on April 15, Tata Technologies announced that it will hold an earnings call with investors and analysts to discuss the results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2024-25 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on April 25.

Tata Technologies Q3 Results
The company’s total operating revenue rose 2.2% year-on-year and 1.6% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 1,317.4 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue from the services segment grew 1.2% year-on-year to Rs 1,012.7 crore in the third quarter of FY25. The operating Ebitda stood at Rs 235 crore and the Ebitda margin at 17.8% in the December quarter. The Tata Group firm’s net profit fell by 1% year-on-year to Rs 168.6 crore in Q3 FY25 against Rs 170.2 crore in the year-ago period.
