In a filing to the stock exchanges last week, the company informed that a meeting of its Board of Directors has been scheduled on May 29 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
“A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 29th May 2025 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the quarter (unaudited) and financial year ended on March 31, 2025 (audited),” the stock exchange filing mentioned.
The company has not shared any details regarding consideration for a potential dividend during this upcoming meeting.

Suzlon Q4 Results: Trading Window
Suzlon Energy’s trading window to deal in the company’s securities has been closed from April 1 for designated persons and their relatives, in compliance with the SEBI guidelines on insider trading. The restriction will remain effective until 48 hours after the declaration of Q4 and FY25 results.
Suzlon Q3 Results
Suzlon Energy reported a strong performance in Q3 FY25, with EBITDA reaching Rs 500 crore, marking a 102% year-on-year increase from Rs 248 crore in Q3 FY24. Its consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 388 crore in the December quarter, up 91% from Rs 203 crore a year ago. Its consolidated revenue surged to Rs 2,969 crore in Q3 FY25, up 91% YoY compared to Rs 1,553 crore in Q3 FY24.
