In an exchange filing dated April 17, 2025, RBL Bank said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on April 25 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also recommend a dividend, if any, for FY25.

As per SEBI rules for preventing insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of RBL Bank remains closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from March 24 to 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for Q4 and FY25.

As per an exchange filing dated April 22, the company will host an earnings call with investors and analysts on April 25 from 5:30 PM onwards to discuss the results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

RBL Bank Q3 Results Performance
RBL Bank’s consolidated profit after tax for Q3 FY25 dropped sharply by 80.68% year-on-year to Rs 47.32 crore from Rs 244.89 crore in Q3 FY24. The net interest income increased 10.8% to Rs 3,536.55 crore in the third quarter of FY25, compared to Rs 3,191.46 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. Total income increased 16.17% YoY to Rs 4,610.47 crore in Q3 FY25 against Rs 3,968.82 crore in the year-ago quarter.
