Prataap Snacks Ltd. recorded a consolidated net loss of Rs 12 crore during the quarter ended March 2025 as compared to net profit of Rs 12.4 crore for the same period last year.
The Indore based snacking company's revenue rose 3% to Rs 398 crore for the January- March period from Rs 386.5 crore for the year ago period.

Dividend
The board of Prataap Snacks recommended a dividend of Rs 0.50 per share at a face value of Rs 5 each for the year ended March 31, 2025.
The proposed dividend will be subject to the approval from the members of the company in the annual general meeting. If approved, then it will be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
Shares of Prataap Snacks closed 0.34% lower at Rs 1,208.90 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.47% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50. The stock has risen by 36.20% in the last 12 months and 6.12% on a year-to-date basis.
Out of three analysts tracking the company, two have a 'buy' rating on the stock and one recommends 'hold', according to Bloomberg data. The average of the 12-month analysts' price target implies a potential downside of 21%.
