IndiGo's operator InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. will announce its financial results for the December 2024 quarter this week. Headquartered in Gurugram, IndiGo is India's largest airline by passengers carried and fleet size. The company was founded by Rahul Bhatia of InterGlobe Enterprises and Rakesh Gangwal in 2006 and now has a market cap of Rs 1.55 lakh crore.

Indigo Q3 Results: Earnings Schedule
IndiGo said in a press release that the company will declare its Q3 results on Friday, Jan. 24, after its board of directors meets to approve the financial statement for the quarter and nine months that ended on Dec. 31, 2024
"This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited (standalone & consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024," it said in an exchange filing.
Results will be available around 4 p.m. on Friday at the company's website or on the exchange websites (www.nseindia.com/www.bseindia.com), it said.
IndiGo mentioned that a 60-minute conference call has been scheduled at 5 p.m. on Jan, 24 where senior management of the company will take questions about the Q3 performance.
"The company will conduct a 60-minute conference call at 17:00 hours IST on January 24, 2025 (open to investors/ analysts in all regions), where senior management will discuss the Company's performance and answer questions from participants," the company said.
IndiGo Share Price History
Shares of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. have gained slightly by around 0.65% in the last five trading sessions on the NSE, but have declined by as much as 7% in the past month. The shares have however posted a strong trajectory over the past year, rising more than 42%.
InterGlobe Aviation shares showed further gains today after opening at Rs 3989 apiece on the NSE on Thursday, closing at Rs 4,147 per share.
IndiGo Q2 Performance
InterGlobe Aviation Ltd., the operator of IndiGo, reported a loss of Rs 987 crore for the quarter ended September, marking its first quarterly loss in two years. This compares to a profit of Rs 189 crore in the same period last year. However, the budget carrier's revenue for the quarter rose 14% to Rs 16,970 crore, up from Rs 14,944 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
