India's largest consumer goods manufacturer Hindustan Unilever Ltd. is set to announce its financial statement for the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal next week. The company, in a regulatory filing on Jan. 9, informed the stock exchange about the announcement of its Q3 earnings.
Hindustan Unilever, with a market cap of Rs 5,72,148.97 crore, is India's biggest consumer goods maker. Headquartered in Mumbai, the subsidiary of Anglo-Dutch company, Unilever, manufactures foods, beverages, cleaning agents, personal care products and other consumer goods under various brand names. HUL was established in 1931 under the name of Hindustan Vanaspati Manufacturing Co. and was renamed in 2007. The company’s portfolio includes over 50 brands, with 19 brands clocking a turnover of Rs 1,000 crore per annum.

HUL Q3 Results: Date And Time
HUL informed the bourses that it will declare its Q3 results on Wednesday, Jan. 22.
"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2024, along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the corresponding period," the company said.
It added that the company will intimate the Q3 results to the stock exchanges, upon the conclusion of the board meeting on the same day.
A press release and an investor presentation will also be released on Jan. 22 for the reference of investors and analysts, HUL said.
HUL Share Price History
Hindustan Unilever Ltd.'s share price has increased by 1.3% over the past week, while gaining nearly 2.5% over a month. In the past year, however, the stock has dipped 3.76%.
At 9:35 a.m. on Jan. 13, HUL share price was down 0.27% at Rs 2,435.45 apiece as compared to a decline of 0.75% in benchmark Nifty 50 to 23,255.40 points.
HUL Q2 Results
HUL’s consolidated profit after taxes fell 2.3% year-on-year in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal to Rs 2,595 crore, as compared to Rs 2,657 crore in Q2 FY24. The revenue during this period inched 1.9% up YoY to Rs 15,926 crore, as compared to Rs 15,623 crore in the second quarter of the previous fiscal.
