GAIL India Ltd. is set to announce the results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2024-25 this week. It is one of India’s most important natural gas companies and administers roughly 16,240 km of pipelines.
Incorporated in 1984, it’s a public sector undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Its business verticals include petrochemicals, biogas, city gas distribution and liquid hydrocarbons.

GAIL Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details
In an exchange filing dated May 6, GAIL said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 13 to consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of the final dividend, if any, for FY25.
GAIL Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 to May 15.
GAIL Q4 Results: Earnings Call
The company has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on May 14 from 11:30 a.m. onwards to discuss the results for Q4 and FY25.
GAIL Q3 Results
GAIL India Ltd. reported a 27.9% year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 4,084.24 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 3,193.34 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income rose 6% year-on-year to Rs 37,315.11 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 35,181.78 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Total expenses increased 10.34% year-on-year to Rs 34,876.45 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 31,607.96 crore in the year-ago quarter.
GAIL Share Price History
Shares of GAIL (India) Ltd. have declined 1.47% in the past five trading sessions. The PSU stock has gained 4.80% in the past month and in the last six months, it has fallen 3.38%. In the past year, the stock has decreased by 2.78% and on a year-to-date basis, it has dropped 1.83%.
The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 246.30 on the NSE on July 31, 2024. It hit a 52-week low of Rs 150.52 on March 4, 2025.
As of 10 a.m. on Monday, GAIL shares were trading 3.30% higher at Rs 187.59 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 2.93% rise in benchmark Nifty 50.
