Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) has notified the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, May 16. The agenda includes the approval of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 2025.
During the meeting, the Board will also consider recommending a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2024–25.
BHEL Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) announced that the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities has been shut for all “designated persons and their immediate relatives” from Tuesday, April 1. This is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. The trading restrictions will remain effective until 48 hours after the company files its financial results.
BHEL Q3 Results
The state-owned company’s consolidated net profit more than doubled in the third quarter of FY25. For the October-December 2024 period, the company's net profit jumped to Rs 134.7 crore from Rs 60.31 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal. Its consolidated revenue from operations also rose sharply to Rs 7,277.09 crore, up 32.21% YoY compared to Rs 5,503.81 crore in Q3FY24.

BHEL shares have rallied 11.34% in the past five trading sessions, while rising 7.98% in the last one month. The PSU stock has advanced 7.56% in the past six months. Year-to-date, shares of the company have gained 2.69%. However, the stock price has declined 17.80% in the last one year.
BHEL shares hit a 52-week high of Rs 335.35 apiece on the NSE on July 9, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 176 apiece on March 3, 2025.
As of 9:20 a.m. on Thursday, BHEL shares were trading at Rs 239.68 apiece, up 0.13% on the NSE. This compares to a 0.31% decline in benchmark Nifty 50.
