BEL Quarterly Results: Trading Window Closure
On March 25, BEL informed the exchanges that its trading window will remain closed from April 1 until 48 hours after the Board announces financial results for the year ending March 2025. This applies to senior designated members of the company to comply with the SEBI guidelines on insider trading.

The EBITDA margin expanded by 330 basis points YoY to 28.7% in Q3FY25.
EBITDA rose 55.7% to Rs 1,670 crore vs Rs 1,073 crore a year ago.
