In a stock exchange filing on May 8, Bajaj Auto said that a meeting of its Board of Directors has been scheduled on May 29 to consider the audited financial results for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend on equity shares, if any, for FY25.

In accordance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for all designated persons from April 1 to May 31.

Bajaj Auto Q3 Results
The company reported an 8% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 2,195.65 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2,032.62 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income rose 7.9% YoY to Rs 13,516.41 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 12,521.66 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses grew 7.96% YoY to Rs 10,639.98 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 9,855.44 crore in Q3 FY24.

The company's share price has risen 4.7% in the past five trading sessions and 10.9% in the last one month. In the past six months, the auto stock has declined by 2.3% and in the past year, it has fallen by 0.2%. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has advanced by 2.7%.
