Mitti cafe, a non-governmental organisation managing more than 37 cafes across multiple public spaces supporting disability inclusion, has gained a lot of attention for its work model, which is entirely managed by individuals with disabilities.

It not only provides employment opportunities, but also a platform for skill development and societal integration. The cafe has successfully been opened within multiple institutions, including Bengaluru Airport, Hansraj College, Ernst and Young, Infosys, India Coffee House and Supreme Court of India.

Around six million meals have been prepared and distributed by the café to the economically disadvantaged, while 11 million meals have been served by individuals with disabilities, providing them with meaningful employment opportunities.

The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport launched a new outlet of Mitti Café, which supports diversity and empowers differently abled individuals.

The newly opened cafe is located at the arrival section of terminal 2 at Mumbai International Airport providing a stage for people to showcase their talents and abilities.

A group of 23 differently abled employees trained over the period of time will run the cafe. The employees include individuals with disabilities ranging from visual impairment, autism, down syndrome, Asperger's to paraplegic.

Recently, Jeet Adani and his fiancée Diva Shah visited Mitti Cafe in Mumbai and also invited the cafe's team, including founder Alina Alam, to their upcoming wedding.

For Jeet Adani, this visit held special significance, as he had earlier inaugurated the same outlet. The couple engaged with the employees and cut a celebratory cake while the cafe staff presented them with a bouquet and gifts.

Industrialist Gautam Adani has clarified that his son, Jeet Adani's wedding will be a "simple and traditional" ceremony, dismissing rumors of an extravagant, star-studded event.

Previous speculation had suggested that numerous global celebrities would attend the wedding, scheduled to take place in Ahmedabad on Feb. 7.
