India Must Win Big To Keep Semi-Final Hopes Alive

India's hopes of reaching the semi-finals took a serious hit following a heavy defeat against South Africa. The Suryakumar Yadav-led side was thoroughly outplayed by the Proteas, going down by 76 runs. The situation worsened as the West Indies crushed Zimbabwe in their Super 8 clash.

This means India now must win both their remaining Super 8 matches convincingly to secure a semi-final spot. While a loss to Zimbabwe wouldn't eliminate them, it would place India in a precarious position, leaving their fate dependent on other results and net run rate (NRR).
