Nalco Share Price Rises After Q4 Profit, Revenue Growth
The metals company said that this growth was due to strong aluminium and alumina prices.

Share price for National Aluminium Co. climbed 5.64% to trade as high as Rs 192 apiece in early trade on Thursday.
The public sector company announced its fourth quarter results on Thursday after market hours. Net profit rose 32% to Rs 2,067.23 crore, compared to Rs 1,566.32 crore in the previous quarter.
Revenue saw a 13% sequential gain to Rs 5,267.83 crore versus Rs 4,662.22 crore. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation was up 27.4% to Rs 2,829.74 crore versus Rs 2,222 crore and margins expanded to 53.7% from 47.7% in the previous quarter.
The firm recorded its highest-ever yearly net profit of Rs 5,325 crore, according to a press release. It also reported its highest-ever revenue from operations of Rs 16,788 crore for financial year 2025.
The metals company said that this growth was due to strong aluminium and alumina prices, streamlining of their operations, and an improvement in the efficiency and momentum in their expansion projects.
Chairperson Brijendra Pratap Singh said the company is targeting long-term sustainable growth through strategic expansions, including the fifth-stream expansion of the alumina refinery, operationalisation of the Pottangi Bauxite Mines and the proposed expansion of the existing smelter plant and captive power plant.

The scrip rose as much as 5.64% to Rs 192 apiece, the highest level since March 20, 2025. It pared gains to trade 3.55% higher at Rs 188.17 apiece, as of 9:18 a.m. This compares to a 0.85% decline in the NSE Nifty 50 Index.
The stock fallen 11.21% on a year-to-date basis, and is down 5.02% in the last 12 months. Total traded volume so far in the day stood at 12 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 56.97.
Out of 11 analysts tracking the company, seven maintain a 'buy' rating, two recommend a 'hold' and two suggest 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies a upside of 13.5%.
