Akshay Kumar's horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla had a decent third week. On Day 21, early trends show signs of slowing down, in line with the typical weekday pattern.
Bhooth Bangla - Box Office Collection Day 21
As of Day 21, Sacnilk reports, the film has collected Rs 0.63 crore across 2,728 shows so far. With the numbers still coming in, the film has now collected a total India net of Rs 148.88 crore. The total India gross collections are currently valued at Rs 176.67 crore.
By the end of Day 20, the film collected a total of Rs 56.85 crore from the overseas market, pushing the worldwide gross collection to Rs 232.78 crore.

Occupancy - Day 21
The film has recorded low overall occupancy on Day 21 (3rd Thursday) so far. Morning shows registered an occupancy of just 5.54%. However, data for the afternoon, evening, and night shows is yet to be updated. With the weekend ahead, the overall occupancy is expected to rise by the end of the day.
Region-Wise Breakdown
The film screened in 613 shows in the National Capital Region with 6% occupancy, followed by Ahmedabad with 244 shows and 4% occupancy. Mumbai performed better with 198 shows at 10% occupancy, while Kolkata recorded 157 shows at 3% occupancy. Pune, with 72 shows, reported 9.0% occupancy so far. However, other regions like Surat and Chandigarh reported lower occupancies.
Box Office Journey So Far
The film collected Rs 3.75 crore on Day 0 through paid previews. It opened with solid figures of Rs 12.25 crore on Day 1. It also registered a strong opening weekend, collecting Rs 19 crore on Saturday and Rs 23 crore on Sunday. However, the film earned just Rs 6.75 crore on its first Monday, following the typical weekday trend. The film achieved the Rs 100 crore (global gross) milestone within four days of its release.
With a significant weekend boost and steady weekday collections, Week 1 closed at Rs 84.40 crore.
Following a gradual decrease in the number of shows during the second week, the film wrapped up Week 2 with Rs 43.75 crore.
The third week saw a further decline in the number of shows due to newer May releases like Riteish Deshmukh's Raja Shivaji. With the weekend ahead, the film is expected to perform better than it did on previous weekdays this week.
