IPO Watch: Two New Issues, Eight Listings To Hit Street This Week

Eight companies will debut on the stock exchanges with Go Digit General Insurance being the only debutant in the mainboard space.

India's primary market will witness a drop in activity after a busy two weeks, with only two companies launching their initial public offerings and eight companies debuting on the stock exchanges.

Awfis Space Solutions Ltd. will raise up to Rs 598.90 crore through a mix of a mix of a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale. The IPO consists of a fresh issue worth Rs 128.00 crores and an offer for sale of 1.23 crore shares aggregating to Rs 470.93 crores.

Awfis Space Solutions' public offering will begin on May 22, and continue till May 27. The anchor portion of the offer will open on May 21. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 364–383 per share for the IPO. Market value at the upper end of price band stands at Rs 2,658.7 crore

The minimum lot size will be 39 shares, with further bids to be made in multiples thereof.

In the SME space, GSM Foils Ltd.'s public offer will be open for subscription from May 24. The price band for the Rs 11.01 crore issue is set Rs 32 per share with a lot size of 4,000 shares.

Meanwhile, eight companies will debut on the stock exchanges with Go Digit General Insurance being the only debutant in the mainboard space.

Indian cricketer Virat Kohli-backed Go Digit's three-day initial public offering was subscribed 9.60 times on its final day. The subscriptions were led by institutional investors followed by non-institutional and retail investors. The company raised Rs 2,600 crore through a mix of fresh issue and offer-for-sale.

Rulka Electricals Ltd., HOAC Foods India Ltd., Quest Laboratories Ltd., Indian Emulsifier Ltd., Mandeep Auto Industries Ltd., Veritaas Advertising Ltd., and ABS Marine Services Ltd. will see its listing on the NSE SME segment.
