The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that the Class 10 results for students in Middle Eastern nations will be declared in conjunction with all other candidates, due to the cancellation of certain exams in the region.
In an official statement, the board indicated that it had annulled the remaining Class 10 exams in countries such as Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, after assessing the current circumstances. The board further mentioned that the method for announcing results will be communicated separately.
Exams held between February 17 and February 28 were carried out without issues. During this timeframe, students took exams for various subjects, including Mathematics, English, Science, languages, and skill-orientated papers.

Devised method for evaluation
Students who completed all examinations will receive results based on their performance. Those who participated in four subjects will be evaluated using the average of the marks obtained in their top three performing subjects for the papers that were not conducted. Those who sat for three subjects, will be assessed based on the average of their best two subjects for the remaining papers.
For students who took two subjects, their results will be based on the average of the marks obtained in these two subjects, applied to the outstanding subjects. For some private and compartment candidates, the board has stated that if any exam remains, they will have the chance to participate in the subsequent board exams.
