March 2025 Movie Calendar: Upcoming Bollywood And Hollywood Films Releasing This Month

Ahead of Salman Khan's potential blockbuster release 'Sikandar' on the occasion of Eid in March end, Indian theatres are hoping to have a smooth run during the month with several Bollywood and Hollywood movies lined up to hit the big screen.

The February box office charts picked up following the strong performance of Vicky Kaushal-starrer Chhaava. The epic drama has garnered Rs 471.56 crore at the Indian box office in the first 17 days till Mar. 3, as per trade analyst Taran Adarsh. The movie was released in theatres on Feb. 14.  

According to Adarsh, Chhaava will continue its phenomenal run through March until the attention shifts to Salman Khan’s much anticipated release.

In addition to Sikandar, several high-profile Bollywood and Hollywood releases are expected to fuel box office collections this month. Here’s a look at all the big-ticket releases in the pipeline in March.

Sikandar: Salman Khan will feature in the Hindi thriller film directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal and Sharman Joshi will also be seen in key roles.

Mickey 17: Robert Pattinson starrer Mickey 17 is set to hit theatres on Mar. 7. The film has been directed by South Korean filmmaker Bong Joon-ho, who also directed Parasite - the first non-English film to win the Academy Award for Best Picture.

The Diplomat: Actor John Abraham features as JP Singh, a Diplomat at the Indian High Commission in Islamabad. The movie revolves around the Diplomat's efforts to repatriate an Indian girl from Pakistan, where she was probably forced into a marriage without her consent. The movie will be released on Mar. 14.

Shanmukha: This Telugu movie is a devotional thriller where the protagonist tries to uncover hidden mysteries. The film will be released on Mar. 21. The movie features Aadi Pudipeddi and Avika Gor in the lead roles.

L2: Empuraan: L2: Empuraan is a Malayalam movie starring Mohanlal. The Prithviraj Sukumaran directorial will be released in theatres on Mar. 27.

Veera Mallu: Andhra Pradesh deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan-starrer Veera Mallu is set to challenge Khan’s Sikandar on Mar. 28. Depicting the life of legendary outlaw Veera Mallu, the film also stars Nidhhi Agerwal and Arjun Rampal.

14 Days (Girlfriend Intlo): This Telugu comedy romantic will focus on a young couple, where the man unexpectedly finds himself stuck at his girlfriend Ahana’s house for 14 days.
