CMF Phone 2 Pro Goes On Sale Today: Price To Specifications, Five Key Things To Know

Nothing has launched its second smartphone from the CMF Phone series, the CMF Phone 2 Pro, in India. It is a successor to the CMF Phone 1. The device will go live for sale on Monday, May 5.

It comes with a starting price of Rs 18,999. The latest device from the British smartphone maker has been powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro, which makes use of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company’s (TSMC) advanced 4 nm process technology.

Here are five key things to know about CMF Phone 2 Pro before buying:

1. Price

In terms of price, the CMF Phone 2 Pro is a budget phone. It comes with a starting price of Rs 18,999 and the offers on different credit cards can make it even more affordable. The Rs 18,999 price tag is meant for the variant with 128 GB storage. On the other hand, the 256 GB storage variant is available at Rs 20,999. Customers can get a discount of Rs 1,000 on UPI transactions and other attractive deals on credit and debit cards.

2. Design And Display

The CMF Phone 2 Pro comes with an FHD (Full High Definition), 6.77-inch AMOLED display with 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate. It has a peak brightness of 3000 nits and pulse-width modulation (PWM) dimming at 2160 Hz. In terms of design, it has a thickness of 7.8 mm and a weight of 185 gm.  

It is available in four colour options: orange, white, black and light green.

3. Processor

The phone comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro 5G processor that uses TSMC’s advanced 4 nm process technology. It offers 120 fps Battlegrounds Mobile India gaming with a 1000 Hz touch sampling rate. It has an 8-core chip with clock speeds of up to 2.5 GHz.

According to Nothing, the CPU is up to 10% faster and offers up to 5% graphics improvement compared to the CMF Phone 1. It has up to 16 GB of RAM booster. 

It runs on Nothing OS 3.2, based on Android 15 and comes with three years of OS updates and six years of security updates.

4. Battery 

It comes with a 5000 mAh battery that supports 33 W fast charging, which can deliver 50% power in 20 minutes. Nothing says that, due to the power efficiency of the processor, users can use the CMF Phone 2 Pro for up to two days on a single charge.

5. Camera

The CMF Phone 2 Pro comes with a triple camera configuration with a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, it features a 16 MP camera. All four sensors offer support for Ultra HDR photo output.
