In an exchange filing dated Aug. 8, Vodafone Idea said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on Aug. 14 to consider and approve the financial results for the first quarter of the current fiscal ended June 30, 2025.

The company has scheduled an earnings call on Aug. 18 at 2:30 p.m. to discuss the results for Q1FY26 with investors and analysts.

Vodafone Idea reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 7,166.1 crore in Q4FY25 compared to a net loss of Rs 7,674.6 crore in Q4FY24. Total income increased 5.5% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 11,228.3 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 10,639.3 crore in Q4FY24. Total expenses rose 0.5% YoY to Rs 18,396.4 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 18,302.6 crore in Q4FY24. 

Shares of Vodafone Idea have fallen 4.28% in the past five trading sessions on the NSE. In the last month, the telecom stock has declined 15.82%, while sliding 24.88% in the past six months. On a year-to-date basis, shares of the company have fallen 18.98%. Over the past year, the stock has plunged 58.05%. 

Shares of Vodafone Idea hit a 52-week high of Rs 16.55 apiece on the NSE on Aug. 29, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 6.29 apiece on June 19, 2025.

At 9:37 a.m. on Wednesday, Vodafone Idea shares were trading 0.31% up at Rs 6.49 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 0.33% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
