Q4 Results 2025 Today: Marico, Godrej Properties, RR Kabel Among 30+ Companies To Announce Earnings On May 2

As many as 37 companies are scheduled to announce their results for the quarter and the financial year ending March 2025 on May 2. These companies have informed the exchange about their scheduled board meetings, during which the results will be approved and subsequently shared with the public.

Prominent names include consumer goods player Marico, Godrej Properties, and others. These results will give investors and shareholders critical insights into the March quarter and overall performance of these companies during the financial year 2024-25. These figures help assess the business growth and profitability of these firms, which further influences broader market sentiment and investors' investment decisions.

Some companies will also consider declaring a potential dividend for its shareholders.

According to the BSE result calendar, AAA Technologies Ltd., Archean Chemical Industries Ltd., Ami Organics Ltd., City Union Bank Ltd., Indian Overseas Bank, Jindal Saw Ltd., Latent View Analytics Ltd., Marico Ltd., Mishka Exim Ltd., Nitta Gelatin India Ltd. and PNB Gilts Ltd., are scheduled to announce result on May 2.

These will be joined by Pyxis Finvest Ltd., RR Kabel Ltd., Subex Ltd., Sunteck Realty Ltd., V-Mart Retail Ltd., Aether Industries Ltd., Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd., Deep Industries Ltd., Dhani Services Ltd., Godrej Properties Ltd., Gravita Ltd., InfoBeans Technologies Ltd. and Kids Medical Systems Ltd..

Moreover, Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd., Newgen Software Ltd., Nitco Ltd., Omax Autos Ltd., Parag Milk Foods Ltd., Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd., Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Ltd., Tahmar Enterprises Ltd., Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Ltd., Transwarranty Finance Ltd., TRF Ltd., Vijay Textiles Ltd., Yasho Industries Ltd., will also share the result on the same day.

During the December quarter, Marico reported a revenue from operations of Rs 2,794 crore, up from Rs 2,422 crore in the same period last year. Its expenses were recorded at Rs 2,318 crore from Rs 1,970 crore year-on-year. The net profit (attributable to owners) increased slightly to Rs 399 crore, compared to Rs 383 crore a year ago. Marico's Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter increased by 4% from last year to Rs 533 crore. Its margins stood at 19.1% in the quarter versus 21.2% a year ago.

In Q3FY25, Godrej Properties reported a consolidated income of Rs 1,240 crore, while its net profit attributable to owners surged to a whopping 161% YoY to Rs 163 crore from Rs 62 crore.

The company reported consolidated expenses worth Rs 1,001 crore, more than double from Rs 429 crore a year ago. Its ebitda stood at Rs 27.6 crore, while the ebitda margin was reported at 2.9% during this period.
