Mahindra Logistics Ltd. on Monday reported a narrower net loss in the fourth quarter of financial year 2025. The company's net loss decreased to Rs 6.7 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 12.9 crore in the same period last year.
The announcement follows the company's board meeting held on Monday, when it approved the Annual Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, according to its exchange filing.
The company witnessed growth in both revenue and Ebitda during the fourth quarter, alongside a significant reduction in its net loss and an improvement in margins.
Revenue earned by the logistics solutions provider in the quarter under review expanded by 8.2% to Rs 1,570 crore, compared to Rs 1,451 crore that the company had posted in the same period in the previous fiscal.
In Q4, the company's Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation rose by 37.3% to Rs 77.7 crore. This compares to Rs 56.6 crore in the same period last year.
The Mahindra Group company's margins improved to 5% in the quarter versus 3.9% that was seen in the period last fiscal.
Shares of Mahindra Logistics Ltd. closed 2.8% higher at Rs 306.65 apiece on the BSE, compared to a 1.09% advance in the benchmark Sensex. The company filed the earnings after the stock markets had closed for Monday.
