Financial services provider L&T Finance Ltd. is set to announce results for the fourth quarter and full financial year 2024-25 on Friday.
In a filing to the stock exchanges earlier this month, the financial services arm of L&T Ltd. informed that its Board of Directors will meet on April 25 to consider and approve the quarter and yearly audited financial results of the company for the period ended March 2025.
The Board will also discuss the declaration of a dividend, if any, for FY25, the company informed the bourses.
L&T Finance Q4 Results: Earnings Call Schedule
In an exchange filing on April 7, the Mumbai-based company said that it will hold a conference call with analysts and investors for discussion on the Q4 and FY25 results on April 28.

L&T Finance Q3 Results
L&T Finance Ltd., the lending arm of the Larsen & Toubro Group, reported a 23% year-on-year increase in its retail loan book, at Rs 92,200 crore for the quarter ending December 2024. Its retail disbursements grew 4% YoY to Rs 15,170 crore.
The company reported a 2% YoY drop in profit at Rs 626 crore in Q3 FY25. Its assets under management (AUM) grew 16% YoY to Rs 95,120 crore from Rs 81,780 crore in the year-ago period. Net interest income (NII) increased 14% YoY to Rs 2,237 crore.
L&T Finance Share Price History
In the past five sessions, shares of L&T Finance have increased nearly 14%, hovering close to its 52-week high of Rs 194.25, hit on July 2, 2024. The NBFC stock touched its 52-week low of Rs 129.2 apiece on the NSE on Jan. 13.
In the last six months, the stock has jumped more than 24%. On a year-to-date basis, shares of L&T Finance have given more than 30% returns, compared to their Jan. 1 level of Rs 137 per share on the NSE. In the last one year, the stock has gained over 7%.
Shares of L&T Finance were trading flat at Rs 180.40 apiece on the NSE at around 11:40 a.m. on Thursday, compared to the benchmark Nifty trading marginally lower at 24,267.70, down 0.25%.
