International Gemmological Institute (India) Ltd. is set to announce its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, next week.

In a stock exchange filing on April 14, the company confirmed that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, April 21, to consider and approve the financial results for the first quarter of CY25.

"The meeting will, among other matters, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended March 31, 2025," the institute informed the stock exchanges.

On March 28, IGIL announced that its trading window will remain closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2025, to Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in compliance with the regulations to prevent insider trading during this period.

The company did not provide any information regarding a potential dividend in its stock exchange filing.

The globally renowned gemological laboratory provides independent grading reports for diamonds, coloured gemstones, and jewellery. The India unit of the Belgium-based company launched its initial public offering on December 13, last year. The Rs 4,225-crore public offer closed on December 17.

The company has organised an earnings conference call for analysts and investors to discuss the financial performance of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.

The stock recorded its 52-week high on January 9, 2025, at Rs 642.30 apiece on the NSE. Shares of IGIL hit a 52-week low of Rs 282 apiece on March 12.

International Gemmological Institute (India) shares were locked in a 5% upper circuit at Rs 353.3 apiece on the NSE on Thursday.

Blackstone-backed International Gemmological Institute (India) reported a 6% rise in consolidated revenue for the December 2024 quarter. The marginal revenue growth was led by high volumes in the lab-grown diamonds, compared to the natural diamonds segment.

For FY24, IGI's revenue reached Rs 1,053.16 crore, up 17% from Rs 898 crore in FY23. The company posted a net profit of Rs 427.29 crore in FY24, a 29% increase from Rs 330.84 crore in the preceding fiscal.
