Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) is scheduled to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and the financial year 2024-25 this week.
The company disclosed the date of the upcoming earnings release in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges last week.
HAL is a public sector undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Defence. The PSU is primarily engaged in designing, manufacturing, repairing and overhauling various aircraft, helicopters and aeroengines.

In a filing to the stock exchanges on May 6, the defence PSU informed the bourses that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, May 14, to consider the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
Hindustan Aeronautics Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. has announced that, in compliance with SEBI’s guidelines on insider trading, the trading window for its securities has been shut from March 31, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Q4 and FY25 results. The restrictions will be applicable to designated persons and their immediate relatives.
Hindustan Aeronautics Q3 Results
Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,440 crore for the quarter ended December 2024, marking a year-on-year growth of 14.1% from Rs 1,261 crore in the same quarter of FY24. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 6,957 crore in Q3FY25, reflecting a 14.8% YoY rise from Rs 6,061 crore recorded during the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal.

Over the past five sessions, the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. shares have declined 4.27%. However, over the past month, the stock has gained 5.56%. In the last six months, shares of the company have rallied 4.63%, while rising over 13% in the last one year. The defence PSU stock has gained 6.47% year-to-date.
Shares of HAL touched a 52-week high of Rs 5,674.75 apiece on the NSE on July 9, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 3,046.05 apiece on March 3, 2025.
At 1:25 p.m. on Monday, HAL shares were trading 1.36% lower at Rs 4,440.00 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 3.37% rise in benchmark Nifty 50.
