Mastercard Launches Co-Branded Credit Cards With Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad; Check Features

Mastercard has collaborated with City Union Bank (CUB) to bring its first passion cards to India. As a part of this initiative, Mastercard has partnered with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Cardholders can get the chance to meet their favourite teams and gain exclusive team merchandise.

 “As part of this collaboration, CUB has onboarded Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) to enable fans to make the most of their cricketing experience. They can also avail exclusive team merchandise,” Mastercard said in a press release.

The four new credit cards unveiled are the CUB CSK Mastercard Platinum credit card, the CUB CSK World Mastercard credit card, the CUB SRH Mastercard Platinum credit card, and the CUB SRH World Mastercard credit card. By using these cards, cardholders can get several benefits like airport lounges at both domestic and international airports, a 1% waiver on fuel surcharge, and discounts on travel and accident insurance plans. 

The CUB CSK Mastercard Platinum credit card provides an official CSK fan jersey as a welcome gift on reaching a pre-defined spending threshold. The CUB CSK World Mastercard credit card offers an original Dhoni No. 7 jersey as a welcome gift without any conditions for spending.

Under the Mastercard Culinary Club program, cardholders can get up to a 30% discount at top restaurants in the country. The Mastercard One Dines Free can give cardholders a complimentary main course upon dining at the best restaurants in important cities in the Asia Pacific region. With the One Night Free with Mastercard programme, cardholders can get a complimentary night's stay at top hotels and resorts in the Asia Pacific region. 

Welcome benefits, reward points, discount vouchers, exclusive benefits on loans, and CUB keychain debit cards for tap and go payments are some of the key features of these cards.
