Check Date Of Birth 

A mistake in the date of birth can lead to a rejection of an EPF claim. If the mistake is in your Aadhaar card, then you need to correct it from the UIDAI portal. Any mistake in the EPF records can be corrected from the EPF portal.

Update KYC
