The swearing-in ceremony of Maharashtra's new Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis, is scheduled for Dec. 5 and will be held at Azad Maidan. It will be broadcast live across various public spaces. The ceremony is set to be televised in places such as bus stops, theatres, and other locations where administrative LED screens are installed. The swearing-in is set to take place in front of a massive crowd, expected to be around 60,000 to 70,000 people, as per NDTV Marathi.

Former Chief Ministers of Maharashtra.

Leading industrialists, including Mukesh Ambani and other business magnates.
Renowned personalities from the Marathi and Bollywood film industries.
Cultural icons Ajay-Atul and Kailash Kher, who will perform during the ceremony.
Over 100 spiritual leaders and 'mahants'.
In a first, the swearing-in ceremony will be broadcast live from the moment Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Mumbai, providing citizens across the state with the opportunity to witness the event in real-time, as reported by NDTV Marathi.
Devendra Fadnavis looks set to take office as the 21st chief minister of Maharashtra. Shiv Sena Shinde faction head and ex-Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde is likely to be his deputy, alongside Nationalist Congress Party chief Ajit Pawar, PTI reported citing sources, thus appointing all Mahayuti stalwarts in major positions in the Maharashtra government.
While the simple majority figure in the 288-member House is 145, the BJP alone bagged 132 seats, followed by Shiv Sena with 57 and NCP with 41 seats.
