  • Awfis Space Solutions: Peak XV Partners Investments V, the promoter of Awfis Space Solutions, along with Bisque Ltd and Link Investment Trust, plans to sell shares worth Rs 583 crore in the coworking space firm. The offer opened on Tuesday and will close on Wednesday. The floor price of Rs 680 per share is at a discount of 5.2% to Tuesday's closing of Rs 717.05 apiece.

  • NTPC Green Energy: NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd., NTPC Green Energy Ltd.s' wholly owned subsidiary, secured a deal for the development of 2,000 megawatt solar power projects. The bid was won in the e-reverse auction on Dec. 9 conducted by the Solar Energy Corp.

  • LTIMindtree: The firm will be entering into a strategic partnership with GitHub. This alliance connnects GitHub’s DevOps and AI-driven pair programming abilities with LTIMindtree’s expertise in digital engineering and AI transformation, creating an ecosystem to achieve enterprise innovation at scale.

  • PNC Infratech: PNC Infratech Ltd. announced the completion of a road project under its subsidiary, Hathras Highways Pvt. The project involves the four-laning of a stretch of NH 5308 in Uttar Pradesh, covering a specific section from Caju Village to Devinagar Bypass.

  • Infosys: The company announced a collaboration with four innovative STEM organizations .This collaborative effort aims to expand access to cutting edge STEM education and career pathways for Indiana students.

  • HG Infra Engineering: H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd. received the letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to improve and upgrade a two-lane road along National Highway 227B in Uttar Pradesh. The bid project cost was 763.1 crore with the estimated project being Rs 898.5 crore.

  • Biocon: The firm offloaded 80,00,000 equity shares belonging to Syngene International Ltd. for Rs 686 crore. The company also clarified that the transacted value represents the gross amount on the exchange and is subject to applicable statutory levies, brokerage fees, and other charges.

  • Kellton Tech Solutions: The company secured a $2.5 million project from Oil India to transform Wellhead Monitoring.

  • Allied Blenders and Distillers: The company signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Minakshi Agro Industries. After the acquisition Minakshi Agro will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

  • Indian Overseas Bank: The Indian Overseas Bank reported that it received a tax refund order for Rs 1,359 crore for the assessment year 2015–16.
