TVS Electronics announced on Monday the addition of an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) capability at its Tumakuru facility in Karnataka. This plant provides solutions including PCB assembly, product testing, box building, and supply chain management.
"The EMS facility, equipped with SMT technology, demonstrates TVS Electronics' commitment to enhancing manufacturing capabilities and fostering employee innovation," said Sathya Doraisamy, Chief Business Officer of TVS Electronics. "It is a significant step towards our goal of becoming a comprehensive solution provider and supports the Make-in-India initiative."
Shares of TVS Electronics closed 2.11% lower at Rs 330 on the BSE.
