Shares in Power Finance Corporation Limited gained 3.9 per cent after its December-quarter earnings rose 37.3 per cent to Rs 1,534 crore, beating some analysts' estimates.

Also, the company's interim dividend of Rs 8.80 per share, as per exchange data, is boosting the sentiment, dealers say.
