IndusInd Bank CFO Gobind Jain Resigns

Arun Khurana, the deputy CEO of IndusInd Bank, will take additional charge as CFO from Jan. 21.

Gobind Jain will serve a notice period of 90 days and will be available to assist the bank with all transition actions until April 17.

Gobind Jain, the chief financial officer of IndusInd Bank, has resigned from his post to pursue other professional opportunities, the lender said in an exchange filing on Saturday.

Jain will serve a notice period of 90 days and will be available to assist the bank with all transition actions until April 17.

"I am keen to pursue opportunities outside the bank or within the promoter group after having put in close to 3.25 years," Jain said in his resignation letter.

Arun Khurana, who is currently the whole-time director and deputy chief executive officer of the bank, will take additional charge as CFO starting Jan. 21.

Khurana joined the lender in November 2011, and has been the deputy CEO since April 2020. He has also served as overall head of the bank's global markets group.
