New Delhi: Infrastructure player Gammon India on Wednesday said it has won a contract worth Rs 870 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for widening of a highway in Karnataka.
The company has been awarded a "project for Four laning of Hospet - Bellary - Karnataka/AP Border" on NH 63 by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Gammon India said in a filing to the BSE.
The 98 km project has been awarded under National Highways Development Project (NHDP) Phase-IVB on an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) basis.
Gammon India is one of the largest players in the road sector with overseas presence in Europe and Africa.
