Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd.'s gross disbursement witnessed a year-on-year growth of 25.1% in the quarter ended March 31, 2025, reaching Rs 14,250 crore, according to the provisional business update posted by the company on Friday.
In comparison, in the corresponding period of fiscal 2024, the company's gross disbursements were at Rs 11,393 crore.
The non-banking financial company's assets under management, at the end of March quarter, stood at Rs 1.15 lakh crore, thereby marking a substantial year-on-year increase of 26% from Rs 91,370 crore.
The company's disclosure highlighted that in the fourth quarter alone, the AUM grew by approximately Rs 6,365 crore.
The company's loan assets as of March 31, 2025, reached approximately Rs 99,500 crore. As a result, Bajaj Housing Finance's loan assets have witnessed a healthy year-on-year growth of 25.5% compared to Rs 79,301 crore in the same period last fiscal.
The company’s filing clarified that the figures are provisional and subject to audit.
Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance closed 2.41% lower at Rs 121.6 apiece on the BSE, compared to a 1.22% decline in the benchmark Sensex. The company shared the information with exchanges after the markets had closed.
