The Vivo X300 Ultra is set to launch in India on May 6, alongside the more affordable X300 FE. Vivo has already revealed many of the specs of the X300 Ultra, including its professional-grade camera system created in collaboration with Zeiss, the flagship-grade Snapdragon processor, large battery, design, and colours. Just days ahead of its launch, pricing details for the X300 Ultra have also surfaced through a notable tech tipster, including an image of its retail box showing the maximum retail price.

According to the leak by Sanju Choudhary, the Vivo X300 Ultra carries an MRP of Rs 1,99,999. However, its actual selling price for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage model is expected to be around Rs 1,59,999. Introductory discounts and promotional offers can be expected, which could lower the effective price further. The Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra kit will be sold separately.

The leaked pricing positions it directly against competitors such as the iPhone 17 Pro Max at Rs 1,69,999 and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra at Rs 1,50,999.
Vivo X300 Ultra Specs And Features
The tipster also listed the specs for the X300 Ultra, some of which Vivo has already revealed. Housed inside a circular camera island, the X300 Ultra will sport a 200MP Sony LYT901 main camera and a 200MP ISOCELL HP0 periscope telephoto lens, paired with 50MP Sony LYT818 ultrawide sensor and 50MP front camera with autofocus, as per the leak. The X300 Ultra will support the Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra kit and an optional Vivo Imaging Grip.
At the heart of X300 Ultra will be the flagship-level Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, along with a 5,800 mm square vapour chamber for keeping the device cool during intensive tasks. It will run OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. Vivo has promised seven years of security patches and system updates for the device.
A large 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging will power the X300 Ultra, and Vivo claims it can deliver 38.8 hours of YouTube video playback.
The leaker also claims the X300 Ultra will sport a 6.82-inch 2K flat display supporting a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. It will get IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water. The device will be available in Eclipse Black and Victory Green colour options.
