Samsung’s 2025 OLED TV lineup will be compatible with Nvidia G-SYNC, a new display technology by Nvidia that helps deliver smoother gameplay, low latency, and enhanced responsiveness for gaming enthusiasts, the company has announced.

The tech major’s 2025 OLED TVs with Nvidia G-SYNC compatibility reduce screen tearing and stuttering by synchronising the TV’s refresh rate with the graphics processor unit’s frame rate, delivering a fluid and engaging gaming experience. When combined with Samsung’s Motion Xcelerator technology, which can handle refresh rates of up to 165 Hz, the gaming experience gets even better, and gamers get to enjoy fluid graphics and crisp clarity in action-packed scenes.

“With the addition of Nvidia G-SYNC compatibility and our most advanced gaming features yet, Samsung’s 2025 OLED TVs deliver elite-level performance for even the most competitive players,” said Kevin Lee, executive vice president of the Visual Display Customer Experience Team at Samsung Electronics.

Samsung’s 2025 lineup also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, which enables the TVs to be compatible with a range of GPUs and offer adaptive sync performance. Other essential gaming features include Samsung Gaming Hub, which offers immediate access to console and cloud-based gaming platforms like Xbox and Nvidia GeForce NOW, and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), which reduces input lag and delivers rapid response for improved gameplay.

The 2025 OLED TVs also use artificial intelligence to further elevate the gaming experience. AI Auto Game Mode, which eliminates the need for manual adjustments and automatically optimises picture and sound settings by analysing game genres and scene content in real time, is a new feature in the lineup. The Game Bar, a pop-up window that enables instant access to important settings without leaving the game, is another tool available to gamers.

While designed for gaming, Samsung’s OLED TVs offer a premium cinematic and connected home experience as well. Features such as AI upscaling, glare-free screen technology, and SmartThings integration support immersive visuals and effortless control in any setting.

According to Samsung, the Nvidia G-SYNC compatibility feature will be available on the company’s flagship S95F model and will subsequently roll out to additional models in the 2025 OLED lineup.
