Wockhardt Q4 Results: Net Loss Narrows As Ebitda Turns Positive

For the whole year, Wockhardt reported a loss of Rs 47 versus a loss of Rs 463 crore in FY24.

Wockhardt Ltd.'s loss narrowed in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025 as the company recorded a positive growth in operational income.

Consolidated net loss was Rs 25 crore in the January-March quarter, compared to a loss of Rs 170 crore in the year-ago period, according to financial results released on Thursday.

Revenue from operations rose 6% to Rs 743 crore from Rs 700 crore in the comparable quarter last year.

On the operational side, lower expenses helped the company to turn Ebitda positive compared to last year. The operating margin was 8.6%.

For the whole year, Wockhardt reported a loss of Rs 47 versus a loss of Rs 463 crore in FY24.

Shares settled 0.6% higher at Rs 1,347.75 apiece on the BSE after the results, compared to a 0.4% gain in the benchmark Sensex. The stock has risen 140% in the last 12 months and fallen 7.6% so far this year.
