HCLTech Announces Interim Dividend Of Rs 18 Per Share; Check Record Date And Other Details

The record date for the dividend is set as April 28, 2025, and the payment for the same will be made to the eligible shareholders on May 6, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday.

The record date for the dividend payment has been set as April 28, 2025, and the payment for the same will be made to the eligible shareholders on May 6, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday.

The IT services firm previously announced a fourth dividend of Rs 18 per share which included a special dividend of Rs 6 apiece for the October-December period.

It also announced an interim dividend of Rs 12 apiece during the second quarter of fiscal 2025.

HCLTech Q4 Results

HCLTech reported a 6.2% drop in net profit, totaling Rs 4,309 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2025. Despite the decline, the company's bottomline was close to the consensus estimate of Rs 4,376 crore of the analysts tracked by Bloomberg.

The IT firm's revenue increased by 1.2%, reaching Rs 30,246 crore in the fourth quarter, meeting projections.

Before the quarterly results were declared, Sshares of HCLTech closed 0.14% lower at Rs 1,479.90 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.17% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50. The stock has risen by 0.96% in the last 12 months and fallen by 22.56% on year-to-date basis.

Out of 46 analysts tracking the company, 18 maintain a 'buy' rating on the stock, 18 recommend 'hold' and 10 suggest 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price target implies a potential upside of 15.4%.
