India's market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India has approved IPO plans of five companies including Laxyo, Expression 360, Adroit, Naini Papers and Playsimple Games on Friday, August 7.
Madhya Pradesh-based railway infrastructure service provider Laxyo proposes to raise up to Rs 150 crore through an entirely fresh issue of equity shares. The firm is also considering a pre-placement offer of up to Rs 30 crore. Indorient Financial Services is the bookrunning lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar to the issue.
Communication agency Expression 360 Services Limited's IPO is 100% Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1.50 crore equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each. Smart Horizon Capital Advisors Private Limited and Swaraj Shares & Securities Private Limited are book running lead managers and MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar of the issue.
Adroit Industries India is planning a public issue of 1.2 crore equity shares, which will include a fresh issue of 98.97 lakh shares and an offer-for-sale of 13.5 lakh shares. Choice Capital Advisors Private Limited is the bookrunning lead manager, while Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registar.
Naini Papers confidentially filed their draft papers with SEBI in April 2026. The Uttarakhand based company produces a range of writing and printing paper for education and offices, including specialty grades for labels, wrappers, and flexible packaging.
Playsimple Games has proposed to raise Rs 3,150 crores through the public issue. The issue is an entirely Offer for Sale (OFS) by its promoter, MTGx Gaming Holding AB.
