NALCO
Jain: Refrain from adding further
Jain recommends avoiding further buying in the stock because news flow from China, which moves stocks in the sector, has been negative. On the stimulus front, people are waiting on sidelines to see what can China do and there is disappointment.
Wipro
Jain: Hold for long-term
According to Jain, the stock is looking good specially in an environment where interest rates are cooling down in US. He said banks and corporations will start spending more on IT and AI, "which is why in last 3-4 months we have seen good buying in Indian IT stocks."
After the management rejig, investors are more confident about future prospects, he said. "It is very hard to predict what will be stock price in next 2-3 months but it is better to stick with it for long term."
Zensar Technologies
Jain: Hold
Given Jain's outlook on the IT, he said that it likes that the company is run by a PE player and is a well managed company. He said the company's margins and business are improving and above all, valuations are quite comforting. Compared to Newgen Software, while the market cap of both the companies are same, in terms of valuation, Newgen offers much less comfort. Jain expects Zensar Tech to do well in coming quarter.
IFCI
Singh: Consolidation seen in short term
Singh said one level to closely watch is around Rs 68-70 resistance. If that is taken out, it is headed to Rs 78-80 level. While long term is strong and positive, in the short term it may see some consolidation.
Aster DM Or Yatharth Hospitals?
Singh: Aster looks good, selling pressure in Yatharth
Aster has witnessed a remarkable rally and it had made an all-time high of Rs 558 but from there, the stock has corrected. However, the trend remains strong, said Singh. Yatharth has also witnessed a sharp rally. While both the stocks look good, he said while noting that the latter has less data for technical analysis.
At levels of Rs 650-670, he sees selling pressure coming in for Yatharth and correction towards Rs 570-580 can be a good entry point. Singh expects a major rally in the stock, once it sustains above Rs 650.
